Delivery Info & Returns
Delivery time* is around 7 - 14 days (depending on your location), sometimes quicker. We order from Pleaser weekly usually on a Thursday night at 10pm. This shipment takes 3 - 5 days to get to us and we often send your order out the day we get it. We will email you from the website with tracking information once the order has been sent. If you have not heard from us after 10 days from the date of your order, please contact us. On ocassion, a team member may offer to deliver your order directly to you. We'll contact you to make a time that works for You (Melbourne only).
Pick ups are welcome by appointment only. However, you must prepay for the products. We will contact you via SMS or email (whatever you prefer, let us know in Notes during Checkout) when your product has arrived in our office and is ready for collection. Ready to Ship items can be paid on pick up (please message us with your request and we'll hold it for you). We have EFTPOS.

Note: Due to being closed on Wednesdays we are unable to send anything out on this day or accept pick ups.
If you need something by a certain date, please check with us before ordering as sometimes items are either out of stock or we get a delay in shipping from our supplier.
All items are sent with Australia Post standard delivery. You can request Express Post, but it would only be sent once the product had arrived in our office. Depending on the size of the order, additional costs may be required (eg: 2 or more items, knee & thigh boots, Demonia's). Sometimes we will send Express Post at our discretion (we tend to chose these orders randomly).
Postage within Australia is Free
**Note: We are currently experincing international shipping delays beyond our control, so orders may take longer than usual to be sent. Please contact us first if you need or want something by a certain time.
We generally send orders to New Zealand via Australia Post - International Express for an additional cost of $25.00 (AUD). We will soon have an option for DHL of which will be a flat rate of $50 (AUD) per order. If you wish for us to send your order via DHL Express, please contact us to organise an additional payment. Please be aware that we will still need to order your item in unless it is a Ready to Ship item.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping other than to New Zealand due to high shipping costs and Covid-19
Returns / Exchanges will be accepted only on the following conditions:
- We are notified within 14 days of delivery.
- The goods have not been worn or marked in any way.
- Same packaging (or similar) is used for return postage.
- Products are in transit to us within 14 days of us being notified that you wish to return them (tracking number must be supplied)
- Refunds generally take 1 - 5 days to process, but we generally issue them asap
- Exchange requests (as in, what you want to replace your item with) must also be decided within 14 days, not 6 months later.
- You cannot send an item back for exchange after the 14 day period without notice. It will be sent back Return to Sender.
- At this stage we do not charge a re-delivery fee (Australia only), however for larger orders (eg: if 2 pairs or more need to be replaced) then a re-delivery fee will apply.
**Note: Faulty products will be replaced and we will refund your delivery costs back to us. Please do not make a claim through PayPal first. Email us or SMS/Call us for more information. We are approachable and remember our SMS service is 24/7. Faulty products must be returned to us (or at least on their way back to us) within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund you if preferred.
