Delivery Info & Returns
Delivery time is 7 - 14 days (depending on your location), sometimes quicker. It's best to get your orders in by 10pm, Thursday night (Melbourne time) as we do not carry the stock, its ordered as needed. We would get this shipment usually on it's way by the following Monday or Tuesday latest and send out either same day or the next (unless a pick up is organised).
Pick ups are welcome by appointment only. However, you must prepay for the products. We will contact you via SMS or email (whatever you prefer, let us know in Notes during Checkout). If you are located within a 30km radius of Bayswater one of our staff members may deliver your items.

If you need something by a certain date, please check with us before ordering as sometimes items are either out of stock or we get a delay in shipping from our supplier.
All items are sent with Australia Post standard delivery. We are now offering "Express by Request". This is a free service. However it is only available for single item orders, all shoe styles up to 8" Heels, and ankle boots. There are additional costs for other products to be sent Express Post. Please call, SMS or email us for more information. Sometimes we will send Express Post at our discretion (especially local Melbourne). We will send you an email via our website that your item is about to or has been despatched along with a link from Australia Post for you to track the progress of your delivery..
Postage within Australia is Free
Deliveries to New Zealand willl now be sent with DHL Express. There is a surcharge of $20 AUD on all orders.
We now offer International shipping to selected countries world wide. Shipping cost is $20 AUD and sent with DHL Express. If your country is not listed it may be due to it being on our exclusion list (eg: China, Middle Eastern Countries, South Africa etc...). If you're unsure, feel free to contact us. Note: We only speak English.
If you try to set up an account from a country on our exclusion list, it will be deleted. Any orders that come through will also be canceled and you will be refunded within 24 hours.
Returns / Exchanges will be accepted only on the following conditions:
- We are notified within 14 days of delivery.
- The goods have not been worn or marked in any way.
- Same packaging (or similar) is used for return postage.
- Products are in transit to us within 14 days of us being notified that you wish to return them (tracking number must be supplied)
- Refunds generally take 1 - 5 days to process, but we generally issue them asap
- Exchange requests (as in, what you want to replace your item with) must also be decided within 14 days, not 6 months later.
- You cannot send an item back for exchange after the 14 day period without notice. It will be sent back Return to Sender.
- At this stage we do not charge a re-delivery fee (Australia only), however for larger orders (eg: if 2 pairs or more need to be replaced) then a re-delivery fee will apply.
**Note: Faulty products will be replaced and we will refund your delivery costs back to us. Please do not make a claim through PayPal first. Email us or SMS/Call us for more information. We are approachable and remember our SMS service is 24/7. Faulty products must be returned to us (or at least on their way back to us) within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund you if preferred.
