Delivery Information

Delivery time is 7 - 14 days (depending on your location), sometimes quicker. It's best to get your orders in by 12pm, Friday afternoon (Melbourne time) as we do not carry the stock, its ordered as needed. We would get this shipment usually on it's way by the following Tuesday latest and send out either same day or the next (unless a pick up is organised).

Sometimes, shipments from the US are delayed beyond our control. Contact us if you need your shoes sooner rather than later.

On hand stock can often be sent on the day or the next day, we don't carry a lot, you can find all on hand stock in our Ready To Ship category here:

If you need something by a certain date, please check with us before ordering as sometimes items are either out of stock or we get a delay in ordering from our suppliers.

All items are sent with Australia Post and require a signature (except to Parcel Lockers) to receive the goods. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has been sent. We may send your item Express Post at our discretion should it fit in a standard size 3kg Express Post satchel. All parcels are discreetly wrapped. We may also send Express Post at your request but additional payment may be required.

Postage within Australia is Free

We will send Express Post if you request it, but as we do not carry stock, it won’t be sent until the item comes into our office. There may also be an extra charge


We ONLY ship to Australia & New Zealand. Shipping is FREE in Australia, however for New Zealand orders, shipping is $30.00 (AU) for the first item and an extra $10.00 for each item after that (Standard shipping with tracking number - delivery time: 5 days). We only accept payment via Paypal. Please also provide a contact number. We DO NOT ship to any other country. If you place an order we will cancel it and/or issue a refund if needed. Accounts with international addresses may be deleted if discovered (except NZ ones of course)

Returns Policy

Returns / Exchanges will be accepted only on the following conditions:

- We are notified within 7 days of delivery.
- The goods have not been worn or marked in any way.
- Same packaging (or similar) is used for return postage.
- Products are in transit to us within 14 days (tracking number must be supplied)
- Refunds can take a couple of weeks to process

- A re-delivery fee of $15.00 is paid (unless otherwise advised)

**Note: Faulty products will be replaced and we will refund your delivery costs back to us. Please do not make a claim through PayPal first. Email us or SMS/Call us for more information. We are approachable and remember our SMS service is 24/7. Faulty products must be returned to us (or at least on their way back to us) within 7 days of receiving them.
