Returns Policy

Exotic Footwear understand that buying over the internet can be difficult when you cannot see the item in your hand or our case on your foot to confirm if the colour, style or size is the correct choice for you.

When your shoes/boots arrive please inspect them to ensure that the item/s you have received are: Undamaged & are the correct item/s to your order with Exotic Footwear. That your purchase fit's & feel's comfortable. Do Not try your new purchase on while standing on hard floors or concrete and please ensure you stand on carpet only and ensure you wear a clean stocking or sock.

Do not throw away the packaging if there is a problem.

Return/Exchange requests MUST be made within 14 days of taking delivery. Returned items must then be sent back within 14 days of claim being made. Otherwise we will not exchange them.

Due to a high number of returns of late we will now charge a re-delivery fee of $12.00 for any replacement shoes/garments that need to be sent. It is important that you check your sizing and if you are not sure please email us. We will also charge an additional $20.00 administration fee if the item has not been properly packed upon its return to us (eg: shoe box with address label and stamps on it. We cannot resell this item) International orders are subject to a re-delivery fee of $40.00 AU.

Exchanges may be made when: We have sent you the wrong size. You receive damaged or marked goods, we miscalculate your size (we do not charge you any fees for these two issues). The shoe or boot you purchased doesn't fit. Exchanges will NOT be granted for: The Shoes or Boots that have been marked or damaged in any way including the sole, Shoes or Boots returned that are not in the original packaging. Items Purchased within the Clearance Section are non returnable. Please do not address the boxes the shoes or boots come in as it makes it difficult for reselling. Boxes, Post bags, wrapping paper can be purchased from your local post office or Officeworks.

If you have had an order shipped to you by courier and need to send them back you are not authorised to use our account without our knowledge. You may be charged for freight if you send items back to us via our freight company. We will not pay for it. We do have prepaid Priority bags and will send these to you at our discretion should you request them.

Deviant Sneakers: We have discovered that many of the Deviant & Tyrant sneakers sizing may be a size out and not fit according to our size chart. We have taken up this issue with Pleaser and will wait to see what is done. In the mean time, please email us regarding size. We will not charge any re-delivery or admin costs for these styles at this point in time.

Refunds will only be issued: If you have been charged twice for one order. If we are unable to find footwear to fit your feet. We will not issue refunds to people who select the wrong size. We will only exchange them for the correct size. Please check the size chart before ordering. Returned items for refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee (eg: If you return a pair of shoes you wil be charged 15% of the cost of those shoes, before being credited the balance).

Cancelled Orders: Orders can only be cancelled within 5 working days. This will incur a 20% of the price cancellation fee. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will incur no fee. If we are unable to deliver by your requested time we will also refund 100%. Orders that are cancelled will be refunded within 7 Days. Not straight away.

International Orders: Exotic Footwear will not be responsible for duties and/or taxes payable in destination countries. If the item is returned to us we will not issue a refund as we will be charged extra costs. You are responsible for any payable charges applicable.

Note: Refunds will not be issued if 6 months has been passed without contact of any kind. The onus is up to you to chase up orders that have not been received. If you have not heard anything regarding an outstanding order after 4 - 5 weeks at least, please email us.

Returns / Exchanges WILL NOT be accepted without an Invoice Reference Number and any item received without an Invoice Reference Number supplied by Exotic Footwear will be returned to sender.

Items that are sent back "Return to Sender" will be charged re-delivery costs. If you have not received your itemn within the allocated time please email or call us. We have learned that many times the parcel is sitting at the post office.
